We have used Sunwest two times in the last year. We were so impressed with their punctuality and professionalism the first time we went with them again and had excellent service once again.Graeme and his boys were super polite and hard working and went above and beyond to do our move as quickly and cleanly as we could have hoped for.I couldn't recommend Sunwest highly enough and would tell anyone they are the way to go.Thankyou Graeme and Tatti for your excellent service.

I contacted Sunwest Removals on January 25th and spoke to the receptionist. Requested a booking for February 5th to move everything out of a storage unit to a house, however was told there were no times available on that date but could do February 6th at 8:30am. Booked it all in.The receptionist contacted me on January 31st to let me know a booking that wasn't confirmed but listed for the 6th had just confirmed and my spot would need to be rescheduled. Was told by them that February 4th at 11:30am was available, which I agreed to the booking change.Contacted the receptionist at 11:40am on February 4th to find out where the removalist was, and was told by them that the driver for the morning booking needed to be rearranged and was likely going to be pushed back by an hour" to 2pm - which is over 2hrs. Was told by them that the removalists would contact me half an hour before they arrive. At 2pm they didn't contact to give a half hour heads up that they were coming.Contacted the receptionist again at 3pm on the same day and was told by them it could be done at 5-5:30pm

I used these guys for the 3rd time last week. They were on time and ready to go first thing in the morning. We were moving just around the corner and everything was loaded up in a timely manner and all my stuff was treated with care. We had quite a large bird cage with budgies in it which wouldn’t fit out the gate or through the door easily but they made it work with consideration for the well being of the birds. When unloading on the other end both guys were checking that everything was put in the correct room and efficiently unloaded in record time. I have heard many horror stories from other people about Removalists but these guys have been great the 3 times we have used them and the cost was reasonable.

Do not use this company. I voiced my concerns about their truck not being big enough and was told that it was going to be fine.They were late arriving, left stuff behind without telling me.Told me that I had added stuff that they didn’t know about.Broke down but failed to contact me. Now I’m stuck with furniture etc 3.5 hrs awayOnly email so that you have a paper trail.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

If you want your move to be stress free, smooth and easy… DO NOT USE Sunwest removals.The lady (Tanya?) on the phone seems to have no idea what the guys who are moving are actually capable of. She promises one thing but doesn’t fulfil them.I even confirmed the day before the time and the items required… then the guys were late, which I wasn’t informed about.Then when the long day was finally over and I was expecting an invoice… I was told to pay cash, and didn’t even receive a proper receipt. Also lucky I checked because they were trying to overcharge me as well.

My wife and I first chose Sunwest Removals back in 2010 when we moved to Golden Bay WA.The service we received was outstanding from start to finish .Their rates were reasonable.They arrived on time.They worked quickly and carefully.They were polite and respectful of us and our property which really took the stress out the move for us.We've since confidently recommended Sunwest Removals to family and friends and are happy to recommend them to anyone who values good old fashioned service with a smile.Thank you Graeme & Tatiana at Sunwest Removals
