Grace Removals

Surely the worst removal company trading today. Our container was left in storage for weeks beyond the promised time and Grace had the nerve to charge us 1,000 for the privilege. If they couldn't ship it they should never have offered the contract to do so. Their booked freighter then left the container behind in Rotterdam causing further delays. Finally the company they booked to deliver our container charged us extra $thousands due to charges that should have been explained and included in the original estimate. Extra rented accommodation had to be paid for due to the delays in their delivery. In total WA to UK took them over 5 months and cost me well in excess of $42,000.The same journey with a UK company the other way took 9 weeks !My advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ,

Didn't reassemble furniture at house moved into as planned. Mixed up said furniture bolts with other furnitures bolts. Have boxes in my front yard awaiting pickup for over 2 months now. Not worth it.

Grace Removals did an outstanding job of moving everything safely to my new abode. I highly recommend their service to anyone who needs to move . I can not fault them in any aspects of moving heavy and sometimes awkward items . They take pride in their work and are very professional and are a caring company .
