Craig wanted to charge us for 2.5 hours plus where he stood talking, hence the whole job took much longer than it should have. Mark worked really hard and basically emptied the house on his own. If you want to pay for somebody to stand around talking book Budget Removals.They are nice guys, but we felt that Craig kept talking to extend the whole move time.Our washing machine also got a large dent at the front, during the move (photo attached).After our experience today, we could not recommend Budget Removals to anybody.The more I think about this company, the more angry I get. We moved 5 minutes down the road and it was a simple move. Perhaps Craig felt that he wasn't getting enough money from us. The whole move should have taken no more than 2 hours, if Craig had worked, and it took 5 hours.Craig also threw" the ironing board and clothes airer down on our oak dining table
